Settl ("we", "our", or "us") provides a parenting communication support mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Process

When you use the app, we may process:

• Parenting scripts, preferences, and custom messages saved in the app.
• Subscription and billing status information through RevenueCat and Google Play Billing (to manage subscriptions, free trials, purchase status, and entitlement access).
• Subscription-related identifiers, transaction metadata, purchase history, and device/app identifiers needed to operate and secure subscriptions.

Settl does not require users to create an account. We do not collect precise location, contacts, call logs, SMS, photos, videos, audio files, health data, or advertising identifiers for ad targeting.

How Information Is Used

We use information to:

• Run core app functionality, including helping you manage, draft, and save parenting communication scripts and preferences.
• Store parenting scripts and preferences locally on your device for continuity and offline use.
• Deliver and manage subscriptions, free trials, purchase status, and entitlement access.
• Maintain reliability, security, compliance, fraud prevention, and analytics related to subscriptions.

Data Storage and Transfers

• Local device storage: Parenting scripts and preferences saved in the app are stored locally on the user’s device using app storage.
• Subscription providers: RevenueCat and Google Play Billing process subscription-related identifiers, transaction metadata, purchase history, and device/app identifiers as service providers to facilitate app functionality, fraud prevention, security, compliance, and subscription analytics.
• Encryption in transit: Data is encrypted in transit when transmitted to service providers.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information only:

• With service providers that support app operations (such as RevenueCat and Google Play Billing for subscription processing).
• When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as needed to provide app functionality and satisfy legal/operational requirements. Locally stored parenting scripts and preferences remain on-device until removed by the user or through app deletion/lifecycle actions.

Settl is intended for adults/parents and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Since the app does not store your personal information on our servers or require account registration, your local data remains under your direct control.
