DeenFlow Terms of Use

End User License Agreement · Effective date: August 17, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Smarty Bytes Innovation Inc. ("we", "our", or "us") governing your use of the DeenFlow mobile application and any updates to it (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Religious Guidance

DeenFlow presents religious guidance adapted from Imam al-Ghazali's Bidayat al-Hidaya. The content is provided for general reflection and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified scholar.

Acknowledgement

These Terms are concluded between you and Smarty Bytes Innovation Inc. only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Smarty Bytes Innovation Inc., not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. These Terms do not provide for usage rules for the App that conflict with the App Store Terms of Service in effect as of the date you obtained the App, and you acknowledge you have had the opportunity to review those Usage Rules.

Scope of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing. You may not distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Your Use of the App

You are responsible for your use of DeenFlow, the entries you save, and protecting access to your device. The App stores its data locally and does not provide an account, server backup, or recovery service.

Voluntary Donations

DeenFlow offers optional one-time consumable donations. Donations are voluntary gifts and do not unlock features, content, or services. They are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store on iOS or by Google Play on Android, with RevenueCat serving as the purchase-management layer. Donations are non-refundable except where a refund is required by the applicable store's own policy or by applicable law. Any refund request must be made through the store that processed the purchase.

Maintenance and Support

Smarty Bytes Innovation Inc. is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App, as specified in these Terms or as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

Support requests may be sent to support@smartybytes.ca.

Warranty

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to a warranty will be our sole responsibility.

Product Claims

Smarty Bytes Innovation Inc., not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and use of the App.

This includes product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

These Terms do not limit our liability beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property Claims

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Smarty Bytes Innovation Inc., not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.

Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third-Party Terms

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App, including the App Store Terms of Service or Google Play terms. Purchase processing uses Apple/App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. Their handling of purchase information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smarty Bytes Innovation Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of locally stored entries or settings, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated. We may terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the App after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
